Race Retro 2010 Roundup

What an event! Ended up taking almost 900 pictures last Sunday.
Much better than last year’s show, and the number of Alfa Romeo’s in the stands was simply fantastic.

While I’m on the subject of car spottings…

These were taken about two years ago, in Coventry while I was walking around the city. I saw this car a couple of times later but I think the owner left this city.
Any ways, I always wanted to get in touch with the owner to arrange a photoshoot with this beautiful example of the Delta. Who knows if I will get to see this beast again.

Lancia Delta Evo

Un nome che rievoca un passato glorioso con 6 campionati mondiali rally conquistati, un design accattivante, specie la versione evo che era la piu larga grazie alle bombature. Un motore turbocompresso in grado di regalare emozioni che difficilmente si provano in un auto di oggi.
Semplicemente un mito.
Ho avuto la fortuna di fotografare piu volte questo esemplare di Delta, una blu madras, quindi buona visione.
